Oz Village Masterplan

Oz Village is envisioned as a community-first development that celebrates healthy living, inclusivity, and connection to nature. Designed around the simple yet transformative act of cycling, the project emphasizes how everyday experiences—riding a bike, sharing a trail, or gathering in a park—can build stronger bonds between people and place.

The master plan brings together diverse housing, local businesses, cultural amenities, and recreational spaces in a way that prioritizes people over cars and fosters meaningful interactions. From community parks and event spaces to welcoming cafés and local shops, every element is designed to strengthen neighborhood ties and provide opportunities for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to participate fully in community life.

Environmental stewardship is equally important. Oz Village integrates green infrastructure, renewable energy, and ecological restoration to create a landscape that nurtures both people and the planet. Trails, creekways, and greenbelts not only provide recreation but also preserve natural systems and connect residents with the unique beauty of the location.

More than a place to live, Oz Village aspires to be a cultural and civic destination—an inclusive, year-round community where well-being, creativity, and connection are central to daily life.
