Arvest at Ledger represents an opportunity to show what a workplace can be when biophilia shapes every decision from the start. Wellness and nature were built into the foundation of the design as the organizing principle behind how people move, work, and gather throughout the day.
Beyond an aesthetic choice, biophilic design is a workplace performance strategy. Spaces that integrate nature reduce stress, improve focus, and support the kind of sustained creativity that makes organizations more productive.
At Arvest — a 40,000 sf headquarters in the heart of Downtown Bentonville — that strategy translates into handcrafted tiles referencing Arkansas's red rock terrain, locally sourced millwork, daylight-simulating skylights, hand-drawn draperies and natural finishes, and a Garden Lounge designed as a retreat for spontaneous interaction and connection to nature; each element rooting occupants in the broader natural landscape of Northwest Arkansas.
The result is a workplace that goes beyond traditional office design, balancing flexibility and functionality with a profound sense of well-being.
